My passion to help others has led me to this wonderful career in physiotherapy! It is an honor to help my patients achieve their fitness, lifestyle, and rehabilitation goals. I am humbled and inspired by the results I have helped others create and seeing how it affects their lives in a positive way. My treatment approach utilizes my skills in manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, patient education, and IMS. I firmly believe my role as a Physical Therapist is not just about treating people, but empowering them.
I graduated from the University of British Columbia, completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Biology) and then my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. I have always had a passion for life long-learning; furthering my education in the Mulligan Concept, Dry Needling certification and the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal diploma program through the orthopaedic Division of Canadian Physiotherapy. I intend to continue learning with courses focused on Fitness athletes, as well as concussion rehab.
Outside of the clinic you can find me paddleboarding, biking, at CrossFit, playing ball hockey, or hiking! One of my passions is traveling and I have trekked through the Andes to Machu Picchu, summited Mount Olympus and Mount Fuji. I look forward to meeting with you, helping you achieve your goals, and empowering you to continue a healthy lifestyle.
